Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by RedRight Labs LLC (“RedRight,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, subscribing to, or using the RedRight Isla system, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RedRight Isla is an operational communication and workflow assistance system designed for service-based businesses. Functionality may vary by configuration, industry vertical, and onboarding scope.

2. Operational Model & Human Oversight

Isla operates within defined workflows and protocols. Certain booking requests, confirmations, or operational packets may be routed for human review and approval. Final appointment confirmations may require approval by the business or artist.

3. SMS & Communication Disclosure

Where enabled, Isla may send operational messages via SMS or voice. Message frequency varies based on business activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Businesses using Isla are responsible for implementing legally compliant opt-in processes and maintaining records of end-user consent. RedRight provides communication infrastructure but does not directly collect end-user consent unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

3.1 End-User SMS Consent & Opt-Out Rights

When SMS messaging functionality is enabled, RedRight Isla may send operational text messages on behalf of subscribing businesses. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, reminders, intake follow-ups, aftercare communications, and service-related notifications.

End users must provide prior express consent before receiving SMS messages. Consent may be obtained through website forms, written agreements, in-person intake forms, or other legally valid opt-in methods implemented by the subscribing business.

By providing a mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages, the end user agrees to receive operational SMS communications. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and workflow triggers. Message and data rates may apply.

End users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Once an opt-out request is received, no further SMS messages will be sent unless the user reinitiates communication or provides renewed consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from RedRight or any subscribing business.

RedRight does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers for third-party marketing purposes.

4. No Guarantees

RedRight provides operational support services and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, revenue growth, bookings, or specific business outcomes.

5. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Isla are responsible for:

• Final approval of bookings and scheduling commitments
• Maintaining accurate calendar availability
• Compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations
• Obtaining required customer communication consent
• Timely review and response to operational packets where applicable

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. RedRight may suspend or terminate access for violations, misuse, nonpayment, or risk to platform integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedRight shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including business losses arising from missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, communication delays, or reliance on automated workflows.

8. Intellectual Property

The RedRight Isla system, including its workflows, automation logic, templates, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of RedRight Labs LLC.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Fees, Billing & Subscription Terms

This section defines commercial terms for RedRight Isla subscriptions, including onboarding fees, recurring billing, commitment terms, and cancellation.

10.1 Onboarding & Personalization Fee (Month-to-Month)

If you choose a month-to-month plan, you will be charged a one-time onboarding and personalization fee at activation. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the onboarding fee is non-refundable.

10.2 Annual Plan Onboarding Waiver

If you choose an annual commitment plan, RedRight may waive the onboarding and personalization fee. Any waiver is an incentive tied to the annual commitment and does not change the remaining terms of this agreement.

10.3 Subscription Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize RedRight to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated.

10.4 Annual Commitment Minimum Term

Annual commitment plans require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. By selecting an annual plan, you agree to maintain subscription payments for the full minimum term.

10.5 Auto-Renewal

After the initial 12-month term, annual plans automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms unless you cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. RedRight will provide reasonable renewal notice where required by law.

10.6 Month-to-Month Cancellation

Month-to-month subscriptions may be canceled with thirty (30) days written notice. Service remains active and billable through the notice period.

10.7 Price Lock (Annual)

Annual plans receive locked pricing for the initial 12-month term. Renewal pricing may be adjusted for future terms with notice. Pricing for new clients may change at any time.

10.8 Failed Payments / Suspension

If a payment fails or a valid payment method is not maintained, RedRight may suspend or terminate service until the account is brought current. Service interruptions may impact workflows, messaging, and booking operations.

10.9 Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by RedRight.
