Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

RedRight Labs LLC (“RedRight,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides operational communication and workflow support through the RedRight Isla system. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and your choices. RedRight handles its own website, account and support information. When a shop uses Isla to serve its clients, we handle that shop’s client information on its behalf; the shop’s own privacy notice also applies.

Current public demo: booking is coming soon. The disabled demo form does not accept or submit your details, reserve appointments, take payments, or start calls or messages. Visiting a page still involves the technical data described below.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information such as:

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

We do not sell personal information.

3. SMS & Communication Disclosure

RedRight Isla may send operational messages via SMS or voice on behalf of businesses using the system. Messages may include appointment coordination, confirmations, reminders, intake follow-ups, aftercare communications, and service-related notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messaging is used only when that service is enabled and the recipient has provided the required consent for the identified sender and message purpose. RedRight obtains consent for its own messages; each shop is responsible for consent for its own client program. Giving us a number or accepting these policies does not, by itself, opt you into SMS. We do not send marketing texts and we do not sell mobile phone numbers.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent status, is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or transferred to another sender or used for another party’s own messaging program.

RedRight’s Isla demonstration texts

RedRight Labs LLC operates its own Isla product demonstration program. Raylz Tattooz is a fictional demonstration shop, not an operating tattoo business. People may separately choose texts to arrange their demonstration and texts to participate in it. Participation texts include discovery questions, client confirmations, artist review and arrival briefs, appointment updates, CareWatch check-ins, demo feedback or review requests, and photo or portfolio requests. Demonstration participants may play the client, artist or shop owner; each receiving number requires its own consent. Appointment and aftercare scenarios are fictional; any enabled text messages are real.

Permission for scheduling alone does not enroll someone in the interactive demonstration. When full-demo messaging is activated, website, in-person iPad and remote guest choices will present the same full-demo notice. A presenter entering a guest’s number or signing into an admin account does not provide that recipient’s consent. Texting is recommended, but choosing it is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. No choice authorizes unrelated sales messages or another shop’s program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Public booking remains Coming soon and sending stays off until separately authorized.

For this demo we use the details, answers, replies and photos participants choose to provide to show the workflow to the authorized RedRight presenter and relevant demonstration roles. We record the notice version, recipient, choice and time to support consent and opt-out evidence. Demo participation does not give anyone permission to use a photo publicly; any portfolio publication needs its separate approval. The mobile-information restrictions and retention and deletion sections below also apply to this program.

4. Third-Party Services

Providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, security and support process information needed to operate the website and accounts. For an enabled service, additional providers may process scheduling or communication data needed to deliver that service. A disabled feature does not become enabled by visiting this page.

Authorized staff of the shop serving you can access information relevant to your request and their role. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse or protect rights and safety. This does not permit selling or transferring SMS consent to another sender or using mobile information for third-party marketing.

Phone numbers may also be used for requested account access and support. Service providers may process information needed to deliver the opted-in program, verify compliance or honor opt-outs; this does not give them permission to use it for their own marketing or messaging. The mobile-information restrictions above apply to our use of those providers. Contact us with questions about the providers involved in your request.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for operational, contractual, or legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record, whether a request or account remains active, security needs, consent or suppression requirements, and applicable legal obligations. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained for those reasons. Businesses using Isla are responsible for their own industry-specific retention obligations.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting: support@redrightlabs.com. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including obtaining a copy of your information or objecting to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If your information is held for a shop, contact that shop; we can help route your request. Please do not email passwords, payment details or identity documents with an initial request.

8. Browser storage and tracking

Account pages use browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions. The demo page uses a session identifier to recognize and reopen a request when booking is available. Clearing browser storage can sign you out or remove that access. Hosting, authentication and security providers may receive technical information when you load or use the site.

The public homepage and demo form do not serve targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The website does not change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Necessary hosting, security and session processing still occurs.

9. Children and sensitive information

The public website and business accounts are intended for adults. Please do not submit children’s personal information, medical records or other sensitive information through the public demo or contact pages. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it.

10. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. A policy update does not turn on a disabled service or create messaging consent.
